CheckMe Data Security and Processing Policy

0. Purpose and scope
This policy describes:
- how personal information is processed when organisations use CheckMe for check-ins, attendance, and operational visibility;
- the respective responsibilities of Customers and Alexium; and
- the technical and organisational security measures implemented to protect Customer Data.
This policy applies to:
- the CheckMe mobile application, web portal, APIs, and related services (the Service);
- Customer administrators and Authorised Users; and
- all Customer Data and End User data processed in connection with the Service.
1. Definitions
For this policy:
- Alexium / we / us means The Trustee for Bompane Family Trust trading as Alexium (or a related entity operating CheckMe).
- CheckMe / Service means the CheckMe platform (mobile app, web portal and APIs) used for check-ins, attendance and operational visibility.
- Customer / Client means the organisation subscribing to or using the Service (for example a school, childcare centre, community organisation, club, or event operator).
- Authorised User means an employee, contractor, volunteer or agent authorised by the Customer to access the Service.
- End User means the person who is being checked in / recorded (for example a student, attendee, member, participant, visitor, staff member, or guardian contact where applicable).
- Customer Data means all information submitted to, stored in, or processed by the Service on behalf of the Customer, including End User personal information.
