CheckMe Privacy Policy (A Product of Alexium)

CheckMe is a product provided by Alexium. We are committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information when you use the CheckMe mobile application and web portal (the "Service").

2. What information we collect

Depending on configuration by the Customer, we may collect:

• Account information (for Authorised Users): name, email address, phone number (optional), role/permissions.
• End User information (for people being checked in): name, contact details (if required), identifiers used by the Customer, attendance status, time and location of check-in.
• Operational records: session/event details, notes entered by Authorised Users.
• Usage and device data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, time zone settings, log data.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate and support the Service (including check-in and attendance workflows).
• Maintain security and prevent misuse.
• Respond to support requests.
• Improve the Service (analytics and product improvement).
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We may disclose personal information:

• To the Customer that controls and owns the operational data (for example the school/organisation using CheckMe).
